PlayStation has made over $1.2B so far from selling games on Steam. But which PS Studios games are selling best on Steam? And is the novelty wearing off for PC gamers?
I think they sell better on steam because install base is larger and the issue with the sequels of horizon Spider-Man and God of war is that they are too similar to the first games so the fix people get from playing the first game satisfies them enough that they don't need to purchase the second I think this isn't considered
Bought each and every one of these on Epic, and I am so thankful for SONY to not contributing even more to Valve's unacceptable monopoly on PC. Breath of fresh air, and I welcome SONY to our platform. Consumer choice is worth a lot, weird for SONY of all parties to acknowledge that.
But can you confirm that Battlefield 6 has not outsold Battlefield 1 in terms of sales units after that was posted by Circana.
It's driving me nuts seeing this claim being posted all over the socials at the moment. Even Jackfrags repeated it on his latest video!
From Grok "Circana October data, via analyst Mat Piscatella): Battlefield 6 became the best-selling game of 2025 in the US (physical + digital full-game dollar sales), the biggest launch in franchise history, and surpassed Battlefield 1's lifetime sales (~25 million units) in its first month alone)"
Unfortunate to say that most of the catalogue would perform exceptionally better if also put on steam

I’d like to say I contributed to this. Twice even.

Give me Demon's Souls remake and Bloodborne on PC, you stupid sons of bitches!
Hey, a little off topic.
